We retain personal information, including phone numbers collected for SMS notifications, only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
Terms and Opt-In Consent for SMS
By signing up for SpurIT’s Back in Stock SMS alerts feature, you agree to receive text message notifications informing you when specific products are restocked.
To provide SMS notifications, the App uses ClickSend (for US-based numbers) and Twilio (for all other countries) as third-party services to process and deliver messages. You may receive messages depending on the number of out-of-stock products you are subscribed to.
If a user wants to unsubscribe from further messages, they can do so by replying with the word STOP to a message they previously received. This will also result in the user’s data being deleted within 24 hours of receipt.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information, including your phone number, to third parties for marketing purposes.
