Wholesale Pricing Manager “the App” provides with the possibility to organize and manage wholesaling within the retail store “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

  • Read and write theme data
  • Read and write draft orders
  • Read and write script tags
  • Read and write customers
  • Read product parameters
  • Read all orders

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:

  • Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your first name, last name, address, email address, phone number, shop URL, shop name, tariff plan name, primary locale and timezone
  • Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their email address

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account using the following technologies:

  • “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org
  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the App, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • “Amplitude” analyses data on user behaviour on the App to drive relevant connections & news to our users. Amplitude, as a third-party data processor, trusts the App to use relevant personal information in a manner that complies with the GDPR. Amplitude may track and store information pertaining to the person, including the information on mobile device, location & other permissions allowed by the user on their device. The use of all such information shall be compliant as described in Amplitude’s privacy policy.
  • We use “Inspectlet.com” in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Inspectlet.com is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Inspectlet.com uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device’s IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Inspectlet.com stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Neither Inspectlet.com nor we will ever use this information to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual user.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, a search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioural Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
