Team stores your clubs can run themselves
For soccer and teamwear retailers who sell to clubs: rosters, mandatory kits, name-and-number personalization, per-club pricing and order deadlines in one portal, plus a personal store for every player.
Club sales outgrow a regular Shopify store fast
Rosters live in spreadsheets
Club admins email lists, staff retype them, and sizes or numbers end up wrong.
Parents order the wrong items
Without required items and club-only catalogs, orders arrive incomplete or off-kit.
Every club has its own deadline
Season windows drive production and shipping, and one store can’t track them all.
Pricing differs by club
Bundles, rebates and per-club discounts don’t fit standard price rules.
One portal for club staff. A personal store for every player.
Shopify stays the storefront and checkout. The Team Portal adds the club rules that standard ecommerce doesn’t cover.
Club admin portal
A dedicated login for club staff, with no access to Shopify admin.
Rosters and seasons
CSV and manual roster import, seasons, deadlines and returning-player logic.
Assigned and mandatory kits
Each player sees only their kit, required items and position-based products.
Name and number personalization
Crest, name and number placement with layered previews, editable after purchase.
Per-club pricing and checkout
Bundles, rebates, discounts and cart validation for carts of 4 to 30 items.
Fulfillment windows
Shipping, handling fees, routing and fulfillment windows set per club.
Full audit trail
Stock, product and preview edits, uploads, users and roles: who changed what, and when.
Selling before rosters exist
Secure access to the right assortment, with no customer account required.
Integrations and storefronts

Questions retailers ask first
Do we need Shopify Plus?
Most team-sales programs we build run on Shopify Plus because they rely on B2B features, Shopify Functions and checkout extensions. On the first call we’ll tell you whether your setup needs it.
Can you add a portal to our existing Shopify store?
Yes. Shopify remains your storefront and checkout. The portal adds club rules, rosters and personalization on top.
Can clubs start selling before rosters are ready?
Yes. Buyers get secure access to the correct assortment without creating an account.
Who owns the code?
You do. All rights to the work we do belong to the client, confirmed by the contract we sign before work starts.
How long does a first version take?
A first release usually takes 8 weeks or more, depending on scope. After discovery you get stages and dates.
Got a team sales program that standard ecommerce can’t handle?
Tell us about your clubs, volumes and stack. We’ll come back with questions and a next step.
