Troubleshooting on Shopify

If you come across some troubles on your store you can try to fix errors or issues by yourself using Shopify Help Center articles. You can also turn to Shopify Support Team and tell them what is not working in your store if you run into a bug on Shopify. They are working 24/7 and will be able to help you directly or escalate issues to the proper team. Shopify forum is also a great place to chat about issues that are occurring. Finally, you can get to Shopify Experts marketplace for additional assistance.
